"I first visited the Peace Memorial Park in 2019. A child had left a folded crane beside the flame. It had rained. The paper was dissolving. That image — fragile memory refusing to disappear — became the heartbeat of this film. We do not tell the story of a bombing. We tell the story of the people who kept folding."
